Exactly. It isn't about one person.. KYY was about the entire team. It was the team work that gained the fruitful results, whole of it and not just one person. Mistakes happen when one goes wrong or is out.. but KYY happens when they are all together as a group, as a team.. That's the essence of KYY.

And without any of them I wouldn't be pleased to even think of it leave alone watch the blunder happen.
