Actress Kavita Kaushik, who is popularly known as Chandramukhi Chautala from FIR and the soon to be contestant on Jhalak, has recently written an open letter to actress cum politician Smriti Irani. We hear that the actress is a keen reader of the Vedas and hence would like our Indian education system to include the Vedanta teachings for our future generations. Kavita in her letter says, "I was introduced to Vedanta teachings at a stage in my life where I had it all - money, shallow fame, shallower friends and all that it takes to lead a happy' material life but I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown with the hollowness of dissatisfaction. On a trip to Rishikesh I learnt about the Vedanta academy."

Looking back on her own life the young actress says, "I've found a Maseeha, an anchor not in any human being but in "Vedanta". Wonder how I would have turned out if I had this knowledge from my childhood - all those years of crying in the hostel, fear and depression, fogged judgment of life, messing up most equations with people, wrong fearful decisions, regrets, etc would not have been there and I would have grown up to be the master of whatever I would pursue."

Vedanta, according to Kavita, does not belong to any religion - it is free, liberated and unbiased teaching of life. In a hope that our educational system can change and rather than looking at the West, we can look within, Kavita says, "Personally with all due respect to the different western languages I learnt in school or the authors I read I've not seen any use of "who art thou " or "thee thou how" besides watching hindi movies made in their adaptation. Indeed learning about other cultures and philosophical schools and comparing them to ours is a very healthy exercise for both personal and professional growth but we have completely forgotten that India is the mother of unlimited wealth of knowledge which lies in our Vedas."

The actress signs off on a note that makes one question life and the direction we are going in. "Human beings are in a state of emergency with their mental well being and this is a threat faced by every single individual all over the world, is anyone reading this letter really happy? Completely blissful? Isn't our ultimate goal of life to achieve happiness? Indeed we have everything around us to make us all extremely intelligent from the age of 3 but we are still fighting over claiming our Gods, killing each other over road rage, abusing seniors our fathers age on social networking sites just because they spoke about their food choices, the list is endless and disturbing," concludes Kavita.

Mumbai: Actor Sunny Deol, whose upcoming film 'Ghayal Once Again' will clash at the box office with Salman Khan's much anticipated drama 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo', says it is absolutely okay for the two movies to open together as he sees no competition with the superstar.

Ghayal Once Again', the sequel to Sunny's 1990 hit Ghayal', and Sooraj Barjatya's Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' will hit screens this Diwali.

"These are all media terms. These are things that create either good or bad things between two people. Two or three films do release at same time and it is okay. The genre of our film is different, so there is no clash," the Border actor told PTI.

"This is not a war. There is no box office competition with Salman. Today people are talking about box office, which is sad. This was not the case earlier," he said.

While opening day collection today is a matter of concern for makers, the 58-year-old actor, said as a producer if his film recovers the total budget, it makes for a good business.

"As a producer, I feel as long as I have recovered my money, it is good business. If you take such things as issues then there will be trouble. I just hope people love my films," he said.

On his equation with the Dabangg star, Sunny said, "My equation with all actors is good. I don't have any issues with anyone."

Veteran actor Dharmendra, Sunny's father, has also said that Salman, 49, would be the right choice to act in biopic made on his life.

When asked about his opinion on the same, Sunny said, "It's what dad feels. I don't know. I will not be able to say. Why should dad's opinion and my opinion be the same or not be the same."

Zee TV's Doli Armaanon Ki will go through a transition that will take the story line ahead post a generation leap.

However, the pre-leap story will have a dramatic climax wherein few important characters will breathe their last.

As we know, Neha Marda, the present Urmi will not be seen post leap. Mansi Salve will step into the shoes of the character after the time jump. Vibhav Roy will exit with his character Ishaan dying a heroic death.

Now, we hear that Mohit Malik who has chosen the dance reality Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa over Doli Armaanon Ki will also shoot for his last few sequences. His character of Samrat will go through an emotional phase, and will transform himself into the good-hearted man before he will commit suicide.

Yes, the mighty Samrat will be so guilt-stricken that he will commit suicide before the leap.

A reliable source confirmed, "Samrat will kidnap Urmi and will try to kill her, when he will himself get caught in the trap. When Samrat will be in a spot of trouble, good friend Ishaan will save him, but will breathe his last in the process. After losing his friend, Samrat will go through a phase of transformation and will plead for forgiveness before Urmi and everyone in the family. He will also request Urmi to punish him; but Urmi will not punish him as Ishaan wanted to bring him on the right path. A very upset Samrat will then recollect all his evil doings, and in a state of guilt will walk into the waters in the beach."

She plays one of the vampish queens of ashoka's father
She seems to be acting badly whereas she was decent in the start in rangrasiya..so I was wondering what happened

And I heard she got married?

Who would the guts to throw Bhai out of their movie?

---

Superstar Salman Khan says he was "thrown out of" Karan Johar's production "Shuddhi".

Earlier, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor Khan were supposed to star in the movie, but later Salman was roped in. Actor Varun Dhawan has now been locked in place of the "Dabangg" star.

The actor talked about "Shuddhi" after launching the trailer of his film "Bajrangi Bhaijaan", which also stars Kareena, here on Thursday.

"I was thrown out of the film, why are you out of the film?" Salman said while questioning Kareena about her reason for not doing "Shuddhi".

"I agreed because Hrithik was in the film. And eventually he didn't do the film," said Kareena.

The 49-year-old actor also noted that Kareena had already opted out of the film when he agreed to do the film. "Shuddhi", being helmed by Karan Malhotra, also stars Alia Bhatt.

Meanwhile, Salman is also gearing up for Sooraj Barjatya's "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo".
