Actually doing both heavyweight characters will be a lot of work 😭 otherwise I would have taken Bhishma. I like him.

Ideally, we should have a different person for each character unless they don't share screen space. I am doing G and Shakuni, but would prefer to give Shakuni to someone else. Because if we really want to do justice to this undertaking we should really let each character's POV through. Humans being what they are, we will always let some of the inclination towards one or other through. I can do Satya and G because they don't even come in the same time frame.

Yes I agree. Then I have to choose someone who does not share screen space with Yudhi. Shantanu is OK but not Bhishma 😆 I can do Bhishma at most till his oath. Hope we will find someone for Bhishma by then.

As for names, Pandavas are always known by their correct names. Panchali's correct name is Krishnaa. Govinda is Krishna (Gargacharya gave the name 'Krishna' and it's clearly mentioned in SB). And as I'm doing Yudhi, Suyodhan, Sushashan will be obvious for me 😆 He was the one who almost always used their original names. But I can't tell you what Gandhari's name is 😔 Ask Karna-Vyasa if he/she wants to use Vashusen.

@ Anu, I think u will have to use Dharma, Vikrodar, Parth etc. For Panchal, her given name is Krishnaa, but if u use that, it can get confusing for people who read. Specially when she shares space with Govind , which is a major chunk in itself

No. Dharma is not Yudhi's real name. It's his father's name, not his. And Vrikodar is found much later because Bheem ate way too much. Paartha is not only Arjun. Paartha means Pritha's son and there are many places in MB where Pandavas are referred as Paarthas. It is a common name for all Pandavas but normally we understand Arjun. Pandu himself called Arjun 'Krishna'. Also I guess his original name was Phalgun because of his birth star.
