like i said earlier the anda scene was so cute..i loved it so much..all their dialogues..very subtle.nothing OTT and loved how he said STUPID to her..

the couch scene was LOVE..i mean it was my fav ...and loved reaction of manik to the fireflies theory ..hahahaha

@BOLD..yes yes i saw it in the very first viewing itself...but scene worked for me coz he was so lost in her that he dint expected it..so it kinda worked.

And @Bold . OH MAN. So true ! That bit was NOT ok. I mean eik toh DIRECT I love yous are usually too cheesy to be feelzy ... chalo PP managed to make in non-cheesy but feelzy bhi nai thaa, hs expressions in that scene left much to be desired ... The I love you lighting was .. shoddy work. It looked like something saste shaadi wale decorators would do ... not part of someone like Manik's grand gesture ! THANK GOD it's not just me...yeah direct I love yous waise bhi cheesy hote hain so hard to pull off but PP dunno what mode he was trying to go for..."subtle" ya "You're such a marvel in my life, Nandu" mode...jo bhi tha, dhang se nahin kiya isne...considering this whole grand setup was for this big "confession" only...but you know why it doesn't bother me that much? Cuz 1) ILUs anyways are so redundant for MaNan ki hona/na hona ek baraabar hi tha...agar achhe se bol deta, I'd have probably gotten more feels, no doubt but uske bagair bhi they have enough history as characters that the ILUs aren't needed that much...and 2) cuz the andaa proposal anyday makes up for this pheeka ILU😆...it was better than any ILU he can say😆...THAT was the real Manik to me.

Lighting wala ILU toh khair dafaa karo yaar...it was an obvious cheesy contrivance...😆

@BOLD - Yes yes yes yesss !!! THAT is when I started getting my feels too. Manik's expression in that bit right after the kiss ... u know he was so ... ummm .. its a weird thing to say but .. he was all .. GROWN UP in that scene. Compared to Nandini ka girlish butterfies in my tummy type grinning .. Manik ka shaant rehke eik jagah khade rehke Nandini ko dekhte rehna ... was a good contrast. And like you said ...subtle yet intense. I loved that bit jahaan Nandini grin karte huye wahan se chali jaati hai and Manik extends a hand to keep her from going but she goes away from there anyway .. AND MANIK DOES NOT CHASE HER like he normally does. Woh apne jageh mein hi khada rehta hai. The fact that he can't seem to move from that spot ... and is not upto his usual Manik-Nandu bhagam bhaag ... shows how affected he was ... the moment was still ... sinking in for him ... it like banda apne FEEELz mein gumm ... finding it hard to process anything else and proceed further ... not so different from the post-kiss TRANCE from epi 67. I just LOVE it when Manik is lost like that. PP was really good there . Totally get what you mean...there was a maturity and thehraav to Manik in that bit...firstly toh I'm very thankful he didn't give some OTT reaction to the kiss like he did in that drunk Manik/cheat kiss wala scene last time...I was dreading ki phir se "wowww" bolega...so lame that would've been😆...but they just let it soak in...my fav. bit of that scene is the simple, "Nandini" he says...just the right voice modulation from PP...and then the way he's watching her after she runs away towards the tent and is grinning to herself...there was a sense of contentment in him that PP portrayed quite nicely...like a storm calms down...that was Manik in that scene...just letting that moment soak in and so calm even as she runs around as usual...like you said he didn't follow her...just watched her almost indulgently even as he called out after her...jaise waqt theher jaata hai, no? Time stopped for him there...as if after all the running around, he was finally home...and this feeling continued into the couch scene later too.

For Niti, I'd say she had her fits and starts in the epi...she could have dialed down the giddiness a bit...we do get that is Nandu baccha only essentially but even then...like the moments I loved Nandu more in were bits like her bemusement in response to the andaa proposal, her talking about their imperfections, the way she watches the fireflies while lying on his chest...I wish they had let HER thehraav play out more too rather than jumping into tom and jerry sessions...it need not have been about them making out or something also but just let that soaking it in feeling and thehraav play out more...but oh well.

They like to take liberties with the "Nandu is a child-woman" characterization many times.

HAHA and the rambling was cute indeed. Eik taraf his 'grand gesture' of giving Nandu the counter-strike platform ... doosri taraf his 'fear' of being andafied 😆LOL he was HONESTLY cute when he was bracing himself with his eyes closed for the andaa attack...hilarious😆...and really so Manik that even as he wants to make it up to her, he's trying a retribution/badlaa format as the solution only😆...but I have to appreciate that they closed this loop (hurriedly hi sahi😆 since Manik otherwise NEVER dwelt on any guilt about bullying her/torturing her so much...he's been unapologetic about it for the most part since he got so busy being in lowee with her instead😆)...but the fact that they flashbacked to most of his worst tortures of her and showed him wanting to repent for that...definitely a sweet touch.

Tie thing was umm .. eik toh ... have I mentioned that bracelet is ugly as f**k ? 🤢😆 But the way he kissed her palm was ... sweet <3 LOL bracelet is ok yaar...the idea behind it is sweet with the musical tie/note but yeah scene mein best bit was deffo him kissing her palm...loveddd their expressions right after that too...such love❤️😆

And didnt you guys ROFL at his "Toh tumhe pehle se pata tha ? Toh pehle kyun nai bataya ... itna time waste ho gaya ... ab tak kya kya kar chuke hote hum !" 🤣 Or phir uske baad se uska usual tharki Manik wali harkatein "Lemme help get you in the mood" 😆 ROFL Manik ka reaction was so him...yeh nahin sochega gadha ki he himself wasn't willing to admit even love and was busy going tender care level 2 at one point...Nandu ke bolne se jaise yeh maan leta *rolls eyes*...and she herself was getting confused on and off...isko kya convince karti😆

But yeah bahut time indeed waste kar diya...reputation ki bhi dhajjiyaan udd gayi since THE Manik Malhotra couldn't score for 150 epis😆...ab toh joke banke reh gaya...no wonder he tackled the kiss with such DELIBERATION...point hi toh prove kar raha tha...that he's still got it🤣

I loved that ITNE saare fireflies they and they way the hung the jars ... VERYYY beautiful <3 I loveee love loveee that shot so much...got me all dreamy-eyed and I don't get mushy easily😆

And yesss yess yess ... eik toh the white looed good on both of them .. and PP ka famous jawline bhi dikh raha tha .. thank GOD he worked out and lost some weight .. kid cleans up well 👍🏼 and speaking of cleaning up well ... yaar how come Niti abhi bhi waisi ki waisi hi hai ?! She never gained an ounce of weight even when PP was all toandeele chacha ! SO well maintained ! <3 LOL Niti mein literally koi change nahin aaya other than her makeup having improved...despite all the junk food she inhales, I guess she's got a good metabolism...PP toh cakes ka maara...has no control over his binge-eating😆...I think he cleaned up only for PTKK btw...KY2 is just reaping a side-benefit for now😆

But yeah he looked really good in the white...they both did...and the after rain mussed up look was just right for both of them too...they just looked so lazily content...a lovely softness that white color was giving to them and the scene...also they are probably so exhausted by this point ki waise hi soft lag rahein hain😆

Zain se bhi kitna chidta tha. And not cuz of PaNi angle .. just cuz he himself is an idjit and doesnt like sharing limelight ! And Jotwani is gonna be way more popular than Zain since he too has this bad boy streak acc to the precap. To PP ki toh solid jalegi na ... Yehdo siggy dabba size ke liye theek hai.But its weird cuz side by side fit nai ho rahe .. they look stacked ajeeb IF settings. Normally isse bade gifs side by side fit ho jate hai aram se. 😕Really? Wait are you talking about the couch scene ones? Haan woh might be too big for the dabba...I'll make square sized ones shaam ko which will work for avatars and stuff too so maybe that'll be better?
