Then we got Starplus on cable. She watches the Tamil version too (🤢) and then this... but she enjoys YHM more. The appeal of the tamil version is understanding all they are speaking!🤣

Did you watch today's episode? Other than the fact that it lacked completely in terms of emotions, other than the first few minutes, each of the characters were at their selfish bests. That's the thing about the show... they are kids ... and they ae who they are... and the person that usually apologizes is Manik... because he takes so much on his shoulders.
Cabir, as usual, was the voice of reason and understood the basic thing - someone's life is not more important than an album.
Even Mukti was understanding to an extent today. She didn't feel for Nandini, but she was worried, if not a little sensitive, to Manik's feelings.
Alya was the real nasty little bitch today. Although I understood her anger towards Manik, like Dhruv said, why was she pissed off at the almost-dead girl lying on the hospital bed? And whining about the album?

If say, Manik hadn't gotten riled up and gone after his Spot, does she seriously think the album would have gone ahead, seeing as to how a girl had died for it?😳 it's not aboutthe album, it's not even that sshe feels cheated as much... I think it's also about the fact that Nandhini has become a priority, the priority in Manik's life. More then them. And he never even shared, they never knew. It's unacceptable to her. Like to Nyonika... that it's Nandhni. Plain , boring, non glamorous Nandhini that has won him over and she thinks that Manik is going to leave them ... but she doesn't know, they don't know, that Nandhu would never ask that of him... that she's willing to walk away from him to keep them in his life becauase she knows how important they are to him.
Dhruv was alright today. His anger towards Manik is misplaced, but seeing as to how Alya keeps harping about him, I can see his insecurity. Exactly. For awhile with him it's like she cahnged but all of a sudden this comes out and she turns back into the girl who hired goons to attack Nandhu.
I think these five NEED to separate for a while, in order to understand and change their inner dynamics. They have to accept, just like Manik has to/has, that priorities have changed and you cannot keep depending on one person to put your best interests before his own. Agree. They need a break and some perspective. He can't always be the glue that holds them togetehr. He has so much crap in his life that Nandhu is the star and saving grace... they can't expect him to give that up too. They need to get that. Remember he says all the time that Fab5 is the most important thing to him, that no one is above that but when Soha's teddy bear bomb went off he told Nanhini 'You are the most important person in my life.' ... that's the truth... in that moment of panic and fear he said the truth... just like 'I love Nanddhini' today.
Because till then, their "yaariaan" is not really friendship. 👍🏼
Waise, what's the deal with Nyonika? Why is she such a vamp? According to today's episode, she married an old man for money - Manik's dad - and he doesn't seem to be dead. So what's the reason for their sour relationship? Any guesses what happened a few years ago?
Also, why does she "take a little" of Manik every single time? Manik's past and his family are a total mystery. All we know is that he meets his dad once a while to sign some papers, Nyonika makes him. and when he wants something he has to d oher a favour in order to get it. A very weird relationship... remmber his words when he was drunk? Such a sad little lost boy! That little moment itself told how much of a fdifefrent kind of enevergy Nnadhini nad their relationship brings to his life... he needs her.
Nandini is perfect for MM, because she calms him down. His biggest enemy is his anger and she tones it down for him. And she doesn't expect him to put her before his friends - which shows the clear difference between the friends and her. In fact, she doesn't expect anything from him - his protectiveness is all his own - and that's what my wounded hero needs. Someone who just gives and doesn't want anything in return.😳 Perfectly said!
