Uma...ajoba means grandpa in Marathi...yes its indeed a very beautiful wish...one cannot wish more for someone on their special day,...😊

If I still remember Sanskrit that I learnt a little in my grad...

Here's the wish in English..

Jeeva - life / living being.

sharada - knowledge / divine knowledge

Satham - hundred ( should be years in this case )

So, the phrase is -

May the living being ( the birthday girl / boy ) be blessed with knowledge ( divine , pure ) for hundred years ⭐️
