One common tomato chutney recipe

Heat little oil in a pan, add red chilli, urad dal saut and remove

Again heat oil, add tomatoes, saut and after cooling blend along with the roasted red chillies and urad Dal and salt ... That's all

You can add ginger-garlic , only garlic little coriander, curry leaves and even green chilli... Chillies based on your spice requirement... We also add onion along with tomatoes it tastes good too
