He started with Sonali...

First he said I am not going to punish you much ...to Saonali

And then he was asking , for HM opinion about sonali working...

Karishma complained she joined kitchen on time...

Dimpy complained about not filling water in vessels after using when it kept for washing...Later vessels left over food gets harden , difficult to wash them ...

Gautham also said you are not working properly to Sonali... She kept on arguing blha blha ... And left from there...

Gautham punished (restricted) HM are not allowed to talk to Sonali for next two hrs...

Upen raised his voice ... He will speak to Sonali ...captain doesn't have rights to punish HM blha blha ( he was taking Sonali side)...

Upen dialogue (foolish ) captain must not talk opinion from HM to punish someone ...captain is not the one who takes others opinion...blha blha blha

Not wrong for him to punish Sonali

But there is a vibe when he's saying all this that makes it feel like he's doing it to make a point to Sonali

Honestly, I would be the last person to say this but I really feel he is after her only cos he is actually annoyed that she's stopped talking to him and gone to upain

we notice how he stares at her in LF etc too

Yeah she doesn't work great and ppl complain about her but he does seem to go to extremes with her

Maybe you are right, I will see his expressions and then decide. but i hate this thing between them.
