Aami, I know, why you are unable to watch it. I guess, that's what they call a TV actor's stigma, we are unable to take out of our system the popular character, we are used to see him play.

We become visually and acoustically attuned to watch a certain actor in a certain way, that it looks ridiculous when he steps out of the shell and does something very different from how we are used to and perhaps want to see him.

But from an actor's point of view, it's imperative for him to prove his versatility, or he'd never be able to grow and come out of the ASR shell.

I do get a bang out of making fun, but honestly from where I see him today, despite his shortcomings, he's a fairly talented actor, much better than many of the over hyped bollywood actors of his generation. He doesn't have a godfather in the industry, he has no background, he cannot expect to get a grand launch, but he's here to find a place.

Frankly I had zero expectation from this movie, zilch. But when I saw the trailer, it came as a very pleasant surprise. And here I find myself, having hit the replay button for the umpteenth time, which is pretty huge by my standards.

Going forwards that's the only way to say lauu!

And when he says "kami kya hain mujhme yaar" - I'm "haila kuch bhi nahi" 😲
