i know arya..no child wud lie abt such a thing, unless he/she is a sociopath..parents shud be the ones protecting the child..here, they effectively ruined the child..children anyways are hardly taught abt good and bad touch..if in any case, a child comes up to parents and gives hints of molestation, shudnt the first thing be protection of the child?her psyche? how can parents accuse the children of lying abt such matters?

i agree arya..some sections of the society are anyways taken advantage of by these perverts..just yest, there was one man, who had brought his mentally retarded daughter for certification..he was asking abt hysterectomy for his daughter, first coz she cudnt take care of herself at all during her menses, secondly, coz he was afraid tht sum1 wud take advantage of her, considering tht she cannot even complain..poor fellow had tears in his eyes, saying he was forced to do so coz he was all alone taking care of the girl, his wife being dead..and its true, u knw..so many retarded girls,psychotic girls are raped by these perverts coz they cnt complain or else noone will believe them..

arya, a mentally retarded person's guardian takes all decisions and gives consent on behalf of the person..when we certify a person, it implies tht he/she cannot lead an independant life..

I used to work for CPS (Child Protective Services) in my county till 3 yrs ago when I quit due to family reason...the child abuse cases that I saw there were deeply disturbing!
