Now, waiting for EK for the naatikiya rupantaar of this piece if JA takes leaps after leaps 😉TRPs will surely sky rocket
Aah! what to say gauri...mumtaz defintely too wielded lot of power behind the throne...there is stuff on wiki on how she influenced some decisions...but wiki ofcoz not the most reliable...
but yes, women held importance in mughal courts starting from ruqaiya...oh ekta can show her as the biggest vamp for all I care...but ruqaiya was the dearest to jalal...and it got handed down to noor jahan, because ruqs supported her - they had the best saas-bahu relationship and ruqs even intervened in father-son tension going on to let jehangir become the heir to the throne...and she was the "foster mother" of sorts to shah jahan too...
EK...god knows what she will do to the story...lol but yeah it makes for total masala filled plot that audience craves for😛
