The show that is not bad is about youngsters in ...Nisha and her Cousins.

My sister kept asking me to watch it, and I missed quite a few episodes but the few I did watch were not bad.

It is all about a joint family with a strict Grandfather and his rules.

Anyway I watch for script ..once tht goes I am out

She might have one too, you don't know. I remember someone saying that some viewers like children to experience romance too.

I know you weren't talking about Islam per se, I just couldn't judge whether your comment in bold was sarcastic/humorous or not. Does Hinduism not allow it because that is something new I will have learnt today. I am intrigued.

Affairs! I absolutely dislike the whole concept of affairs. Why promise to fidelity when infidelity is what you crave/liable to fall into.

Gosh u echoed my thoughts ..wht a nice one ..n refreshing too .,saw just a few epis cos 8:30 is a busy time for me ..but loved whatever I saw

Hope it stays like that. You never know when the romance and then all the other stuff kicks in. I thought Shastri Sisters would be different. Tsk...no. It was just as formulaic.

Good on you! May you stay that way. If I turn like that you guys have to warn me and bring me back to sanity.

I'm not a romantic at all! I have a 95% aversion to it since I am human and am very partial to the male species. 😛 I only realised that recently, before that I thought guys were like eurgh (childish I know) but I guess I'm growing up at the rate of a snail lol. 😆

However even I am capable of hormone induced fantasies when I see men that I like (though I ought not too lol 😳). But reality is always there to kick my shin and say yeah but that is not going to work out in my world.

The whole pushing, pulling, catching and tripping thing is stretched out. I usually have to skip that part.

I just hate the promotion of one type of guy, there should be a variety... hot men, not so hot men, honest poor men, nice rich men and etc etc. Archetypes exist and are so enforced that it makes me roll my eyes as I wonder how the rest of the male species will live up to it. It must be hard on them as well. No one asks whether guys feel intimidated by the notion that to be a 'hero' and adored by women you need to have packs, packs and more packs as well as an arrogant rude behaviour, lots of money and a mix between being illogically possessive/crazily paranoid!

I'm done with Balika Vadhu for good🤢 A show that started of so well and then Pratyusha jinxed it. The little Anandi apparently left the show to pursue a better role in shows and landed up becoming an aunty in simar ka sasural thing.

When colors is the only channel that airs in your house without having to pay for it then that is what happens.

I have to google all the other shows. Desi Tashan has been my life line for some time so that I can watch a range of shows and I am glad. I won't say I am any channels fan or any specific actors/actress fan. I have a wide range and appreciate many because honestly they don't take up much of my life and I'd like to keep it that way.

I am confused about where Balika Vadhu was supposed to end because the journey of Anandi is going till it reaches her natural end at this rate. The child marriage aspect is gone and I am at a total loss.

Avika Gor being younger than me shocked me especially when I saw her in sasural simar ka. I mean the age gap between her and Sid is massive! She's definitely a commendable actress but I left watching that show after being sent to tears by watching simar get sent to tear sooo many times.
