lol this oscar guy's case is so wierd and the judge gave such a contradictory statement...he shot his gf, with 4 bullets, and the judge is not accepting testimony of neighbours...and is saying oscar guy's testimony is weak, when he said, he shot thinking there is a burglar...and not his gf...whereas the neighbours heard the loud argument pursuant to which he shot her...

so judge said that there is no way to prove that he had intention to kill his gf...even though he shot, even though it was his gun, even though the neighbours too are giving statements against him...
