Things are okay - we actually found a replacement for her fairly quickly - it's very surprising considering it's a very big position, but we found the right person at the right time. It's going to be really hectic when the new guy starts as I will probably have to help him adjust here a lot while still doing my day to day tasks plus taking on some additional duties...
