That's just weird, first off he's a widow with 2 kids, and on top of that he consider's Zain his brother so technically Aliya was/is his Bhabi

Nope, one of my friend who studied Islamic Studies told me that they got divorced in the graveyard scene itself since he said it 3 times. :S

But you dont need a Qazi if witnesses are there

Aliya need to yell at Zain and tell him that she doesn't need him and that their marriage was the most unfortunate thing in her life and then leave. I wanna see strong Aliya. She has gone through enough torture.
