According to the Islamic rule, a person who has divorced his wife Nikaah Halala cannot marry again. They can remarry again only if the wife marries some other person and only if her husband gives her a divorce again then she can come back to her first husband

Marriage is considered a very sacred act, it is said that pillars of Arsh ( heaven, sky) shake when a couple gets divorced. So, to reduce it, strict laws had been reinforced according to shariath ( muslim law). If a husband knows that he cannot get back with his wife if he gives her a divorce, he wouldn't think of taking such hasty and drastic step in first place.

Plus talaaq ke 3 sittings hote hain, that is called Iddath ( time a woman gets cleansed, three menstrual cycles complete hone hote hai, without intercourse) ka time hota hai, so that couples could reunite or think over their decision.

Agar is beech they get back together, the first 2 talaaqs are nullified, but not after 3 talaaqs.

Halala is prohibited, you can't have a fake marriage just so that the woman can get back to her original husband.

Yes ofcourse a wife has a right to divorce a husband it is called 'Khula' ( Kh from the epiglottis 😆 ).

If the husband is mistreating her and not fulfilling his rights as a husband, then the woman can take a divorce.

But she has to repay the initial amount of 'Mehr'( the amount of money given by the husband during nikah).And she has to wait for her Iddath ( you know the periods thing, so that she is not pregnant with his child) time to complete before remarrying someone else.

And the husband should leave her and gives her a talaaq, then it is considered one talaaq. And in the future if the couple want to reunite then they can get back together. ( Because techinically there will be remaining two talaaqs in the favour of husband, so getting back with his wife does not become haraam ( means the act which is prohibited)
