Varudhini Parinayam is fast turning out to be one of the highest rated shows on TV and it's just on the brink of overtaking Chinnari Pellikoothuru as the most popular TV serial in Telugu. For the past several months, Chinnari Pellikoothuru, the Telugu dubbed version of Balika Vadhu, had been ruling the roost; however, the latest TRP data suggests that Varudhini Parinayam isn't far behind. The Tv serial scored 7.11 in the 33rd week of the year whereas Chinnnari Pellikoothuru registered 7.62. The chemistry between Ravi Krishna and Chandana, who are playing the lead roles in Varudhini Parinayam, is turning out to be the decisive factor for the TV serial. It remains to be seen how soon the TV serial overtakes Chinnari Pellikoothuru. For all we know, it could be just a matter of few weeks.
