I think I abused the tablets, nowadays I take it easy with any kind of medicine consumption! Now I refer to natural resources more, like your lovely tips! ;-) Hot black tea always helps me too!

Ruchi, I have never heard of the pill you mentioned - do you need a prescription?

Mini and Mani, I try not taking too many pills either - definitely don't want to be addicted and have it not work and then move to something stronger. I usually just take some ibuprofen the first and maybe second day.

Otherwise, I use a heating pad - it's quite effective! Though I can't really use it while I'm at work😆

Well you do have inside knowledge to ASR's shatir dimag, so I should have come to you first.

But there's a slight problem Gitaji, there have been multiple ASR sightings after my post 😲 How can we verify who has the authentic ASR - I think this will require a thorough examination of the...er...shatir dimaag😆
