I am vegetarian! By choice- my parents both are, but they've always left the choice to eat meat up to me. I tried it and couldn't eat it, so I chose to be vegetarian. Maybe someday that will change, but for now I'm content without meat.

Gazpacho is kinda like cold soup. But it's tastier than that sounds.

Asha and Choti, your conversation about falafels and churros has my mouth watering😕

Choti, how did you find veg food in Spain??? I have heard its one of the hardest places to find vegetarian food.

And Choti, I agree with your sentiments of what's going on in the Middle East. It's definitely very scary and right now I'm really hoping for Shaima to be alright.
