Hello Mani ji.. Aap ka profession kya hai?? **Asking this with really straight serious face **

Hello Preethiji

We have not interacted before.

IF has limiting my posts. Uness and until I complete 200 posts,

I work as systems analyst. I live in Hyderabad. The reason for my posting hair care tips is long story .

Continuing my earlier tips

PROTECT YOUR LOCKS

5. Don't expose your hair to the sun during the hottest time of the day. Cover up and wear a hat instead.

6. Do wash hair after swimming in chlorinated water.

7. Don't forget to clean your brushes and combs. Let them soak in warm, soapy water once a week.

8. Do tone on a regular basis. Toning involves regular massage of the scalp. This stimulates the blood supply to the root of the hair follicle.

9. Do nourish your scalp with oil twice weekly. This will help to soften and strengthen graying hair. Choose from almond, coconut or extra-virgin olive oil. Soak a cotton ball in the oil and dab on to the scalp, leave for half an hour then wash with very warm water. Finish with a cold rinse to flatten the cuticle of the hair. The result? Softer, smoother, manageable hair.

10. Do wet your hair before stepping into the pool. When the hair shaft absorbs regular water, it helps negate the damaging effects of swimming in chlorinated water. Better still, wear a swimming cap!

We have a very famous/popular fast food chain in California called In and Out - I've never had their burgers but have heard from almost everyone here that they are the BEST (they actually use meat compared to what McDonald's uses).

Anyways, when a franchise opened in our town, a classmate and his dad wanted to check out what they offered before going there. They went to inandout.com(lol don't know the exact web address they used and I'm not trying it out right now since I'm at work ) - needless to say, it was not the restaurant's website, but a full on po*n website😆 The poor dad was scarred I think to watch that with his son, lol!!!!

LOL! I thought the son would be.

Barbecued chicken wings, fried potatoes (I love! Actually potato was one of the first words I've learned as a child. A cousin used to call be patata as we call potato in Arabic.) and olive. Then some tea with my favourite sweet, we call it 'hulba' which means fenugreek.
