Hilarious Scene Of The Week:
This time, the unnecessary second marriage drama of Samrat brought in Madam Shatabdi Express, the blonde unintentionally funny character. The way she walks, the way she talks, all of it was just giggle-worthy. Especially when she marched into the Ranawat Haveli and demanded Achaar from our sweet Maithli.

Romantic Scene of the Week
Very few romantic scenes ... we had a PaRud drought the last fortnight 😕

I will pick the scene in the car when Rudra and Paro take off for their honeymoon, Rudra peels Paro's mooch off, and then tricks her into shedding her jacket. Paro smiles and rests her head against his shoulder, and starts the music system. The song playing in the background set the romantic ambiance for the scene.

Unfortunately like all the PaRud scenes the last two weeks, this was also cut too short.

Scene of the Week

It has to be the one where Paro was sitting on the swing and waiting for her major shahab to come and break her teej fast. Suddenly the light went off and she felt a little uneasy. Someone reached behind her and give her a little push. She thought it was Rudra and started blabbering asking him what has he got for her as teej present. When the man who stood behind her wished her happy teej and that may her husband live log, paro freaked out understanding that it was not her Major sahab. Then she saw Rudra entering from the front door and seeing the other man hid behind the darkness he followed him but ultimately couldnot catch hold of him.

Emotional scene of the week

The moment when Samrat tells Maitili about his mother taking him to see a girl, to get him married to a second time as she thinks Maitili cannot become a mother. And she is broken and he then promises her that she is enough for her children or not for him and he will never need anyone else beyond her. That scene was beautiful and emotional.

*This is my view, so please don't get me wrong. I might be correct or wrong*

Thanks.

its true. I admit the only reason I am coming is Sanaya. I don't care a damn for the show beyond her! If its good for her I am there for the show, not the other way around. And see I am on the NL team! But why I signed up was honestly cz its better to have a good NL and if its popular its good for 'her' show.

The only show that mattered more than the actors in it was IPK.. And I think for 90% of the forum members this is a true fact..
We cannot change it. We only can do so much.. no1 is wrong to feel what they do..

Hi Supreet,

These threads cannot be considered for Active Thread of the Week because they are not "discussion" threads...

The first thread is a birthday thread for an IF member.

The second thread is a game thread.

Here are the rules from page 1 that you can use for guidance..

The Active Thread of the Week is determined based on the number of likes and individual responses to a thread other than that by the thread maker. It should be a dedicated discussion thread with minimal personal chatting. Threads not considered for this section include Appreciation Threads, Written Summaries, News Segments/Articles, Facebook/Twitter Updates or instigating/fighting threads.

Cheers
Payali

I have chosen an alternative thread for this week due to time constraints. Thanks 😊

The NL is ready to go except for the following sections:

* Summary of the Week

* Picture of the Week

* Suggestion to the Makers

I have chosen an alternative thread for Active Thread of the Week and the missing creative sections as well. The blank posts for NL #9 are up on the main forum ready to be edited.

A final reminder PM has been sent to the members responsible for the section above. I will wait till early tomorrow morning before posting up. If anyone would like to contribute anything for the three sections above, please do post on the thread. Would be very much appreciated.

Cheers

Suggestion to The Makers
This whole fortnight, the makers of the CVs have been acutely concentrating on the new villain in town - Shantunu. His character has been built up well up till now giving us a base to judge him. Also, the makers have taken a keen interest in the love life of Maithli and Samrat and the doings of Mohini. All this is a really good way to have three tracks in hand to turn to if something goes wrong with the story - line but I'm sorry to remind you CVs - we have a hero and a heroine also ? Does that ring a bell ?

In all this hype, I feel the PaRud sequences have been cut short and more screen space and focus has been on the side tracks. Agreed that these things are important for the building up of the story and you do need them as the show can not just concentrate om the lead pair but ... you cannot also just give us teasers here and there. There has been a lot of scope in many sequences where we could have got a few PaRud scenes but they were cut short too fast.

I would like it better if the CVs consider showing the lead pair and building up their relation also along with the other essential elements.

P.S. Sorry for the delay, I broke my arm. Had to tell my sister to type this out for me.
