Right and it is SUPPOSE to...But as I said the weather Gods are crazy or angry... the humidity is so bad mainly in Colombo which is turning into a concrete jungle just like any capital cities around the world...We had so bad a monsoon last week that about 140 people have so far lost their lives due to mainly mud slides and excessive flooding... and this week it as as if SL is moved right next to the sun 😭
