It's pretty intense...90 min and 26 postures in a 105 F degree room...but you feel amazing. I go 2 twice a week. Will go again tomorrow morning since haven't done it 4 weeks with crazy schedule.

Haha Cherry it's what the name implies, yoga done in a heated room about 110 degree F

Do you know Bikram (some last name)? He started it as Bikram Yoga

This guy sleeps with most his female students when he conducts summer camps in San Fran(he is about 70 years old)😆
