Ok m juz 50 kgs...n i wanna loose wt...spcly from the tummy area...anybody have any good advises?

do u do yoga...u can do pranayama...it is very effective and easy too...

Meine aj tak zindagi mei kabhi exercise nahi kiya...
Zurat hi nahi padi i was so thin back then😕

Lekin i guess i hv to start nw..crunches kaise marte hai?
Should i throw my galaxy crispy crunches on ppl??😆😆
n how to do yoga?

😆 lay back
keep both palms behind ur head
fold ur legs frm knee and pull up till ur hips (still in sleeoing position)
and thn move ur upper body frm waist up and down

pehele do din bohot body pain hoga
15 marr thn keep on increasing everyday 😆

IT LOOKS EASY ...JUST TRY TO DO IT MORE THAT 20,25 TIMES IN THE INTIAL STAGE THEN U WILL KNW WHAT PAIN IS...😆...START WITH 5 TIMES THEN U CAN INCREASE THE NO...IT'S REALLY GUD AND I DO IT REGULARLY...
