I love make-up, its great especially to cover up lack of sleep and general exhaustion. But these days I do alternate weeks of detox. if I used make-up this week, I go with none (not even kohl) the next week. It gives time for my skin to recover. Also as a thumb rule I never use foundation. i only use it when i have a ball or a big show to attend. The other thing I do is, that after i remove make-up, I leave the make up removing cream on my face for 10 minutes and then wash it off. So even the smallest traces of make-up espcially eye make-up comes off.
I only use Body Shop vitamin E range for face creams. It works like magic especially the night cream. Also when I went to india, a friend of mine taught me how to make a Papaya and honey scrub. I have started using it once or twice a week. Apparently its very good to prevent appearance of ageing skin. She told me that early 30s is a good time to start with extra care for skin.
