I too was watching the episode a few hrs back. The change just stands out !! I don't understand what alteration did she get done to her lips. They were neither big or too thin earlier .. so what exactly did the docs change ?

Wonder if she will always remain this way or will the audience finally get used to this look and not find it odd later on !
