As Rudra in Nautanki Films Rangrasiya onColors he comes across as an arrogant character but believe it or not he is quite talkative in real life, a fact that his better half, the beautiful Archana Taide can vouch for, "I am surprised when everyone says that Ashish doesn't talk much... when it is completely opposite. He talks a lot, non-stop and is like a radio whereas all his co-actors say he is very quite! When I asked him why is he like that on the sets he says 'Mere level ke thinking ka koi ho tohi main baat karoonga'! I am most happy that he is reserved so that he doesn't end up talking to girls then and as it is he says I find girls to be very dumb because they keep on talking about make up and stuff which I normally don't do!" laughs Archana as she realises that Ashish is on the top of the popularity meter.

However, when it comes to Archana, Ashish has no qualms sharing everything. The couple in fact share a very open and warm equation with each other, "We share a very unusual yet beautiful relationship where we can talk and share about anything and everything. Even if I am admiring someone else or if he likes someone's looks we openly talk about it. Ashish treats me more like a boy and considers me to be a friend who is a boy and thus we can openly talk about these things" says Achana about the special bond that they share.

That however, doesn't deter Ashish to get romantic with her as he talks about their togetherness, "Between both of us it is me who is more romantic. I do small little gestures like giving her a card early in the morning just to show her my love. Last month on 30^th of Jan it was our first wedding anniversary and we had planned to go abroad on a short holiday. Archana got an off from her shoot at Qubool Hai but I was not able to take any off. I was feeling bad since for the past few months I have not able to spend so much time with her so when I saw that she was a bit disappointed when we had to cancel that plan I decided to surprise her. I slogged for 15 hours daily continuously for 3-4 days so that I could finish my shoot and then whisked her off to Goa for a small trip where we celebrated our anniversary. She was really happy and I too felt good."

Not many know that Ashish is a good writer and pens down his thoughts in poems and verses. And the recipient of these is Archana, "We both never declared our love by saying I love you' to each other before marriage and even now we don't say it that often. We believe that if there is pure love you don't have to verbally say it. However, initially when we were going around Ashish used to message me poetries and I used to think he is just doing copy paste from somewhere but then he told me that they were originals. I too like to write and would reply with one liners but mine would be more philosophical talking about life and such."

The couple is used to having a long distance relationship says Archana who earlier was used to having a busy actor in Ashish as her boyfriend who has now turned into a busy husband for her, "We have always had long distance relationships since Ashish has been shooting earlier too in Baroda, Chandigarh, London so his recent long schedule to Rajsthan when the show was being launched was not much to handle. It sounds grueling now but ultimately it is for fruitful years ahead" avers Archana who also says that they have never celebrated Valentine earlier.

"I don't remember celebrating Valentine with Ashish since in 2012 he was in Baroda busy shooting while last year we were newly married and both of us had taken a 10 day break from our shooting schedules so we didn't have a special celebration. This year I think we will just go out for dinner in the evening since I know Ashish is busy shooting," says Archana who looks happy and content with the way things have worked out for the couple.

Ashish brings out his witty side as he drawls, "Before I met Archana I used to have lot of plans, but now..." However, jokes apart he agrees to her plans and says, "I have not thought of a Valentine Day plan as yet since I have been working back to back but will do so for sure. Usually, whenever we go out together on a date we leave our phones behind which is what we plan to do this year too for Valentine," promises Ashish.

Well, we hope this good looking couple celebrates and has a great time on this very special day!
