I had pain in my knees for some time and when I realized the connection of not wanting to move on from a painful situation meaning change once I accepted it got better

I could feel farheens pain as I experience first hand with my mum she is more or less semi invalid she tries to walk around so she does not be a burden but I see her pain trying to get up and walk ok don't want to dwell too much now

Yeah I believe in that as your circumstances always play a major role in your life and your body can seriously get affected with all the bad vibes it gets from your surroundings.
