btw An, just came to know that Gul bano had asked Fawad Khan if he would do one of her shows

he said a no but if he had said a yes

Sriti Jha, who was last seen as Ganga in Balika Vadhu, will soon be back on the small screen as the lead actress in Ekta Kapoor's next show. It's tipped to replace Ekta's long-running show, Pavitra Rishta.

According to sources, the show is inspired by Tamil blockbuster Kandukondain Kandukondain, which starred Tabu-Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Sriti will reprise Tabu's role of the elder sister. "While the actress is as good as confirmed, the final look test will take place in a few days.We are considering Adaa Khan to play the younger sister, while Mishal Raheja may be approached to play the male lead," says a source.

With Sriti having quit two powerful roles in the past " Jhanvi in Dil Se Di Dua... Saubhagyavati Bhava? and Ganga " it remains to be seen if history will repeat itself. The actress remained unavailable for comment.

Rising ticket prices hurt Salman as he wants hisfans to go and see a film at a cheaper price, which is more affordable.

Even in the case of Jai Ho, his brother Sohailand he were keen that ticket prices be reduced, but unfortunately, it is not in their hands as it is in the hands of the distributor and exhibitor to fix the price.

Salman has now decided to produce a film himself, where the monies, after deducting taxes and costs, would be used completely for charity.

The film that has been kept under wraps till now, will go on the floor in June and will be released by the end of the year. While we still don't know whether Salman has a full-fledged role in it or just a cameo, he is happy to forego all profits.

This will certainly be a first in the industry. Interestingly, while his charity is called 'Being Human', the film company will be called 'Being Filmy'.

What damage control 👏👏👏
