I am supposed to read the judgement and then we will have a discussion, again. You cannot win when you have no clue about the law or the judgement and the other person is the law person. Whatever I have read about the verdict (news, columns and editorials), SC judge got it wrong. But, what the law person says is right, too.

The problem is we don't have faith in our Parliament that the people sitting in it will do the right thing, as vote bank politics overrule fundamental rights of an Indian. SC should have upheld the ruling of HC.

Give them hope, sort of freedom and again go back to saying ots a crime and you have no right

As for parliament: they have religious leaders and their sentiments to take care of . they dont want to offend them. besides right now there is no time aswell
