If you watch Makkhi, expect a mixed bag...no emotional investment...70's style sets, perky heroine, 5ft 5" hero needing heeled boots to compensate for the differnce in height with the heroine (a la Govinda et al), a Cruella sis-in-law and a retinue of servants ( proportional to the show of wealth) and a martinet housekeeper. Oh ! I forgot the hindi soapland fixture...ghar jamaisa 😃

Sangha, I think Anshuman will get more desperate as the prospective FIL's deadline nears. Its been only 2 weeks and they got married by the end of week 1, so I guess some settling in time. As for chemistry, physics and biology did you see the bedpost ve on Friday?😉 But if you were on an uncut binge yesterday considering it was IPK divas...this may turn out to a non-science related search😈

Savs re, you said my dil ki baat. If we were to compare the IPK chemistry then anything will be pheeka. I am doubting even the new RangRasiya chemistry to be of that level even when you have a better PH producing it and one half is the same.

So the way you look at any new show is to keep IPK aside and look at for what it is. Iqbal and Sachin have really settled well in their roles. With Pakhi and Shraddha what I am finding very endearing is that she is not a girl who is overtly chirpy and clumsy(the synonyms for innocent and cute) but a girl who knows how to hold her own. That is very refreshing to see and then I do think Pakhi is educated and once that is known to the brother-sister duo, we will get to the real dynamics of how to oust Pakhi by Anshuman. Right now Anshuman thinks that Pakhi will fail and hence she will figure out that she is not meant to be a bahu of Rathod khandaan and will walk away and hence he is throwing her these challenges. Once he comes to know she is competent then comes the real dynamics of play out in open between these two. For the first 3 weeks till now, I am actually impressed as the show is very refreshing and the girl is not sketched as an weak lead which seems to be the case in every other show.

Caught a bit of Anupama Chopra interview of Kareena-Imran and the question was of the favourite romantic movie...K said Titanic...Imran was humming and hawing...so the ladies jointly confronted him...so he comes up with a perfectly straight face...

..I didn't enjoy the movie much...somehow at the beginning itself I got a feeling that it was going to sink..

This is classic Visiji, Imran banda is quite good - one of the very few actors who actually looks good off-screen. Saw him in a mall in BLR during 'I hate Luv Stories' promotional campgain. This was when we had just moved in BLR and I was not very familiar with Imran Khan so I kind of didn't stick around but the guy had everyone in splits. A very jovial and full of humor guy.

Talking about Anupama chopra and front rows...did we all discuss Kangana Ranaut's interview on her show that went viral... awesome she was!

Also Sangha...notice that all the blouses have a gujju style patch work on them...just to remind the viewers of the gawar origins of the -Khi
