Happy thanksgiving to you too Savs. I didn't see anyone stateside here so thought everyone is out for vacation. I started watching the uncuts from hospital hug and went till the rangoli scene. I have myself given a timeout for IPK and will come back next week when the Diwali Jadoo hai airs.

Sukriya. Laptop shutdowns tonight till Sunday night. So yeah, looking forward to the break. The madness will continue for next 2 weeks, but atleast it would be an under controlled one😉. Hope everyone else burried under the workload catches the break soon.

Just when things were looking up on the work front elder kid decided twisted ankle was the way to go. ER visit, crying with pain, endless worried parents, carrying the kid around and now my back hurts

The only good thing that happened is the Cranberry juice I tried to make. That was easy to make and yum to taste ⭐️

ThP - There is something quite different about Maakhi. Aaj ka episode was funny, awkward yet pleasant to watch. The impromptu lunch date reactions on top of the construction building was nicely done. Of course while getting down, it was just 7 steps down the ladder 😉

The one thing I felt is the old school charm about this couple. Anshuman denies that he wants lunch but he secretly wishes Pakhi ask him for lunch. Miyaah can't ask it on his own, his standing before Pakhi goes down, you see.

And Pakhi is also a perfect match for Anshuman. When the ladder is setup, madam doesn't go down, she expects Anshuman to tell her to come down. Biwi bhi kuch kam nahi. What I felt cute was that the romance was done in subtle way, just glances/trying to hide when the other person looks/expecting the other one to take care and ask you. Very Very old school. I felt with the passionate and aggressive love stories that are being churned on Desi TV these days, creatives have lost this kind of subtle romance so it was really pleasant to see this in today's episode.

And the classic taunts of Buaji and Lavanya with Girish caught in between. Hilarious.
