I won't let mini stay skinny for too long.. 😆 Ill give her a plan as wellHow far is the gym from your place?I would say let's say you start Saturday. go to the gym in the morning. atleast 30-40 minutes cardio.the rest you can do home which is Squats. they will work perfectly.then skip one day, go to the gym on mondayand then wednesday.and then friday.then you can take saturday, sunday off and start on monday again .are you veg?

The reason why you can say "you're small" it's because you don't eat meat, and your muscles need protein in order to grow. You can take veg protein. Like Spinach has a lot of protein. I would say protein shakes but I'm not a big fan of them and they are costly as well.You get tired after 5 mins because you never developped your strenght. Going to the gym at this point will tire you,you will only be able to jog.When I broke my ankle, I had a lot of problems tooo.I could only do 10 mins jog and would get tired, but going everyday, I noticed everytime I was increasing minutes. Now I can go upto 30 minutes with honey singh beats , jogging/running.So I would suggest you start doing these at home, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87ynaOgFplw (they are the best. they work for you from head to toe. best excercise ever. instead of going to gym , do 100 of these in a day, EVERYDAY. You will see your stamina will increase and you will notice you are getting less tired when you run.It's not because you are unhealthy, you are perfect, but it's just that you never really trained yourself so your muscles are sleeping. Do the jumping squats, you can modify it by when you're down and you're comping up,you can have your hands up in the air. These will train your body overall, and you'll see in a month, running shouldn't be a problem for you ;) you can run to me then 😆
