How do you stay fit?
Dance is my mantra. It is great fun and a good way to exercise.
What's an ideal workout for you?
Dancing or cross fit training.
What's your diet like?
Breakfast includes eggs and orange juice. Lunch is chicken and carbs. I have a light dinner; just a salad and roti. For a snack, I prefer dry fruits.
What are your tips for a happy life?
Happiness is never materialistic so don't keep running in pursuit of it. It's all around and within you. You just need to think happy.
Ice-cream or chocolate?
You can wake me up to eat ice-cream at midnight!
What's in your workout bag right now?
A towel, roll-on deo, knee brace, an extra pair of socks and boxers, toothbrush and dry fruits.
