Shree, Educational Testing is college entrance or Scholarship testing. My organization designs the aptitude/math/subject tests that students take after high school for their under grad in colleges for scholarship.

If you are in US, you might have heard about SAT - that's us.

I worked in IT for a long time but for past 3 years I am on Operations side and enjoying it.
