Monej, preparations are under way, because I do it just for the weekend, when I do not go to work. We have a real winter with snow, which began falling in early December and lasts until the end of February, and sometimes even longer. And that's why there are special ways of processing food at home that can not be bought at the store, because they are not the same taste as industrial production. My household members love food, which is made at home and for which we have a special name " zimnica"-"winter food" word of "zima"-winter

U right...overhere too some ppl keep store food in frozen ...😊
