oh , on top panel

next to open..it shud say edit.. and next to edit.. shud say image?

open this avi ,

go in edit or image and look for image size or resize image

and all your icons should be 100 x 100

unless u wanna make the ones that are longer vertically..

that wud be like 100x200 or 100x300 ..and so on . but try keeping the wight to 100 only.

so when u get to the resize window

untick a box that says ..constrain porpotions

and in the pixels box

put 100 by 100 > click ok

save your image .
