I know I am inviting further trouble when I say Love Story was foolish, silly and juvenile. It is a kind of teenybopper love story, hence appealing only to a certain section. But you give GWTW, it is bound to sweep you off your feet. It certainly did when I first read it when I was in class 9 and I am yet to overcome the impact it had on me. I am sure any young girl who is at an impressionable age will not be able to remain immune to the charms of Rhett Bulter or GWTW unlike Love Story.
