gayu make your diet fun dont cut out all the food just make sure you eat in the right quantities and dont go haywire
indulge in your fav dish once a week you like a cake take a smaller portiong
dont try to compensate junk food with another extreme I have to agree with Aishu on this it does not work
and please no dietary food formulas that promise weight loss Just change your habits of eating and try to eat more of home cooked and timings are very important the later the food intake at night the more the fat calories and slow metabolic rate of digestion
so try to have dinner atleast 2 hours before sleeping
you are young so also enjoy without going nuts
