Use the oils in a massage using a base carrier oil like sesame apricot almond oil most popular grapeseed oil so for a tbsp of the oil put in about 6 - 8 drops of the essential oil
If using combination all should be 2 drops DO NOT EXCEED BEYOND 6-8 drops this is sufficient for a full body massage else
in an aromatic bath where you simply run hot water into a tub and swish the oil into it as it not water absorbent and just simply soak your body in it inhaling again not beyond 6-8 drops
You can use just one oil or combination of all oil listed for each condition but make sure they are in proportion though
Try to source the oil from well known stockists and store the oils away from direct sun light and in cool dark places preferably in dark bottles Plastic is not recommended as some oils tend to warp the shape of the bottle itself I lost a good lot of lemon grass oil that way
