why not
first u need to install photoshop
then download a video
in photoshop there was a option file--import-layers from videos then select length of the avi and start ur process😊

for vms u need "windows movie maker"
its very easy just import video throught option and select the suitable song for the pics save it on ur desktop and upload it on utube that all😆
