I have never experienced a big fat Indian wedding from the beginning till the end. But as far as I know the groom's family gifts a sari to the bride. And that is called shagun. Correct me if I'm wrong

I have no idea actually. :/

But from what I've seen in other serials, it's got something to do with the Boy's family takes saree and jewellery and sweets for the girl. Am I right?

Hmm eveythig from Monday went in a lightening speed ;) I guess we have to thank the TRP mata.

But then again why are they going so fast? Are they trying to wrap up the show :/
