The audience of Cinevistaas' Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai (Star Plus) has been long awaiting for Jeevika (Krystal D'Souza) to get to know the truth of Maanvi's (Niaa Sharma) illness. But as per the latest update, it seems that will not still take place anytime soon.

As per buzz Jeevika's accident, will be followed by Virat (Kushal Tandon) getting to know about Maanvi's illness. However Jeevika and Viren (Karan Tacker) will remain unaware of this fact. Now, the next twist in the tale is that there will be a rift between the brothers, Viren and Virat.

It is learnt that Viren will get extremely angry at Maanvi as she has refused to give blood to Jeevika when she was literally fighting for her life. So later on when Jeevika gets blood and gets better, Viren arranges for a charter plane and takes her back to Chandigarh. Maanvi in the meanwhile, goes through her chemotherapy sessions and goes to Chandigarh to meet her sister.

However, Viren will not allow Maanvi to see her sister. Virat who knows about Maanvi suffering from cancer will side Maanvi, but cannot reveal the truth to his brother. Viren will be angry with Virat as the latter defends Maanvi. Jeevika will also understand that something is wrong between her husband and Maanvi, and will be desperate to meet her sister.

Now it has to be seen how Viren and Virat will face the situations put before them and whether Viren and Jeevika get to know of Maanvi's illness.
