. Arey ofcourse it's sick and a total butchering of Swayam's character...this was not what he was like...the "pinning" in the old abandoned corridor scene was not like this either...now toh what he's talking is utter crap...this entire track is utter crap...dunno what kind of "passion" they are trying to show...it's just looking unintentionally hilarious cuz Swayam/Shantanu can't pull off THIS kind of manhandling...upar se this entire thing is so retarded...from where did Sharon randomly get the idea that Swayam is a pervert leching after her?😕😆...LOL after MONTHS and MONTHS of their angsty scenes, out of the blue she's come up with THIS theory?...ROFL...amazing work from the "writers"
Gee! tell me about that anu! They are literally SMOTHERING their own creation with this current random and utterly baseless track. SS were the only characters with somewhat of a substantial storyline up until that second corridor scene and after that everything has been going down the drain. Don't they get it that this is not making any sense? Don't they see it that the actors themselves seem disconnected with this new track and that chemistry is missing somewhere? Just throwing in the usual "pinning to the wall" stuff or trip-catch-eyelock isn't what works for these two? eh...I guess they'll stick to their formula because apparently all they want to do is please the phangurls, story and characterization can go out of the window.
It is real and even I was shocked to know that this is actually happening in a part of India...yes it is a form of forced prostitution but they are giving it "legitimacy" under the guise of saying that it's a "custom and age old tradition"...the basic concept of Rai dancers dancing for money has been exploited over time by Thakurs who have taken advantage of these women and forced them into prostitution in order to feed their families.
This is indeed very shocking and sad. So, whole Bedni community runs on the women sort of "selling" themselves off like that? They're really like that trapped butterfly, aren't they? Trapped in their own lives. I was shocked to see the men in that community actually urging their women to go for the ritual.
Oooh you're watching too? Cool...we can all discuss in here then...yeah the lead girl is good...I liked her spunk a lot too...hope the show develops well.
Yeah i checked it out after i read yours' and Mash's discussions on here. I'm still shocked at the overall premise of the show and was ready to let go off it but that lead girl held me on. I like Sugni's (did i say it right?) character so far and that her scene with that new Thakur was amusing to watch. I was amused watching her just how he was😆.
