nikzo...😭...why so sick??? Drink lots of fluids if you can eat (its the one time you can literally drink anything and get away with it...tho i suggest juices and gatorade like drinks...sprite is cool too)...and try to eat even its a little bit often...a good fall back is always toast and/or crackers (it works for pregger ladies too)
