Hello people - Happy Monday! 😃

Any promo from the NBT world?

I finally saw the movie Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge ... it was Mujhse Dosti Karoge for today's generation minus the A lister star cast, OTT drama and fantasized YRF style songs on top of Swiss alps. One could almost argue it was a movie in its own right with heavy influence of "You've Got Mail". End result - I liked it! 😃 Anyone else here has seen the movie?

Anu - Re: Safe House - It is on my list of to-watch movies ... will see it soon!

Umm I was lost in thought and as a result hit a guy on his bike while I was driving home :(. He fell off his bike and was hurt but thankfully he did not get seriously injured. It was a momentary lapse on my part and I was a nervous wreck, I did not even know what to do , I just kept saying sorry repeatedly, I did not even know what I was talking most of the time and offered to take him to the doctor but he refused. Anyhow, he was kind enough to forgive me and not bury me alive, he did not even yell at me , the by standers just asked me to relax as such stuff happens and only asked me to be a bit cool while driving home. It was an upsetting experience!

Woah...I can imagine what a scary experience it must have been Kavya *hugs* Waise bhi driving in India toh is too scary...I could never do it again.

Try and relax for now though...I know it will play in your mind for a bit but try to think of something else.

@LadyM: I have that movie taped in my DVR...Palllo was mentioning it's really good too so I'll get around to watching it later. I didn't have time yesterday. Atleast you can count on Sony to air these YRF movies within 2-3 months of release. Now I'm looking forward to watching Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl on TV...I enjoyed that movie.

She's just so broken and unlike the Sharon from before, this Sharon isn't hiding it within her...or she's just not able to. Take for instance that moment in RDX's office when she denies taking the responsibility, declares that she can't even take her own responsibility and then runs off. That's just not her! She also had her head hung down the entire time until called upon. It just shows how much of a blow this whole stolen routine incident has been to her. I like the fact that she's not been shown to blame Swayam for this yet because after all she allowed what's-his-face near her ONLY for Swayam. She's not her "forever blaming Swayam" self anymore and that's a huge difference in her.

Yes, this is a Sharon with her confidence totally shattered...a total contrast to the Sharon who loved the limelight, was always confident...now she tries to hang back and stay in the shadows...Sneha is doing a very good job of portraying that shift.

I felt bad for Sharon in the promo too when she tells Rey with tears in her eyes that this is not a joke and she can't dance.

Regarding blaming Swayam...well I wouldn't say she is totally out of that mode...given half a chance, she'd readily blame him for something again cuz that's her fav. defense mechanism...but in this current situation, she doesn't really HAVE anything to blame him for...

Oh Kavya. Don't stress too much about it. It happens with everyone. It even happened with me in 2010...i was driving back from school late and was just so tired and lost in thoughts of what I have to do tonight in terms of completing the homework assignments and studying for the test next day and I didn't break in time and I hit the car ahead of me. They had hardly any damage...just some minor color scratch off and bumper issues but it was my car that was a total mess. Luckily, I didn't suffer any injuries but I was terrified...it was the first year of my driving and I was just so overwhelmed with the assignments and tests that this incident just escalated everything. I was crying and my mum and dad had gone to drop off my brother to his college town and were on their way back and they rushed back as soon as they could. I was crying and shaking while talking to State Trooper as well but he was like don't worry, everyone's fine and the people I hit also told me not to worry and kept on asking if I had suffered any injury as the front of my car was hit hard. I don't think I could ever forget that incident and everytime i pass through that area, I seem to remember it but I'm so much careful now.

But my point is that you'll get over it like I did and it happens to most of us.

Give it a try - I think you will like it. Although the characters are stereotypical and the girl reminded me of Priya Wal's Aashi from Remix, it is a clean movie without too much melodrama.

@LadyM/Anu : Thanks!

I am watching NBT, so far the episode has been really good and the story took an interesting turn- it is serving as a good diversion. Mohan-Nanhi scene was fabulous as usual. Guru was terrific!
