Oh waise I was watching the BBC version of P&P last night...Colin Firth is such perfection as Darcy...especially the way he WATCHES Lizzie constantly in every scene...the man's a brilliant actor...and the intensity that both actors brought to the relationship simply through the CONVERSATIONS and the LOOKS...powerful stuff...you don't get such kind of classiness in love stories these days...be it hindi movies or even English movies.

Especially that proposal..."In vain I have struggled"...and Lizzie refusing him...brilliant scene😍

I am even more appalled now that ppl DARE to compare CT with Darcy...the entire character as well the "acting" is all an INSULT to Darcy.

So, yeah it's most definitely going to be Leukemia.

Last year it was on the day of Thanksgiving and everything was closed...lol this time it's on Black Friday so everything will be open and I get a reason to buy stuff on Black Friday too😆

It's the basic concept of Darcy that they have obviously tried to rip off in the case of CT...the whole "he's rude to her, is arrogant, has ego but still loves her passionately" concept...but they've taken it too far in the case of CT...Darcy was a GENTLEMAN...whatever barbs were traded b/w him and Lizzy, they were through words...he didn't throw and push her around like she's an object...and this CT can't even touch Darcy's toenails if I talk about Colin Firth's portrayal of the intensity of Darcy's feelings especially...the way he'd LOOK at Lizzie, you could see his struggle with the intensity of his feelings...and he was a MAN...not a fumbling BOY like this CT is...who can't even open his mouth without sounding like he's going to start crying...we talk about diction and this guy's diction is pathetic too...yet I read phangurls swooning over his 'english' in the forum😕😆...kaisi english bhai?? He's just got a slight American accent and apparently that's enough for everyone to swoon over😕😆
