btw did any of you guys catch Golden Globes this past sunday? Meryl Streep won best actress for the Iron Lady and Clooney won for either Descendents or Ides of march
I saw Emily too...she was there to support her little sister Zooey. But Zooey didn't win. Homeland won quite a lot of awards.
Have either of you seen "The Help"?

Wow ... I knew Meryl Streep had that award coming for her ... give her one of the character performances and she'll do a swell job!

@LadyM: Actually today I didn't feel put off by that talk cuz it was basically just them trying to cheer up Megha and her point is valid about how that ad is making life hell for her both inside and outside the house.


@Amy: Yep D3 was kinda filler-ish only today...tomorrow might bring a good SS scene...I enjoyed the NBT epi though.

No my fiance doesn't live in the same city...he lives about 3 hours away.

@ladyM-- the help is based on the book with the same name. I haven't read it or seen it.

I just got done watching NBT. It was yet another good episode and quite balanced. I liked Mohan-nanhi scene a lot too and also Mohan-Guru scenes as always. Mohan and Nanhi seem to be developing nice sort of bond and i like the fact that he is being shown as a friend/confidante yet there is that sort of "father-figure" aura to it. He doesn't baby her ever but he does seem to guide her in one way or the other.

I also liked Megha-GG bua scene. She understands her more than any other adult member of the family. I like how she tries to lighten up the mood by injecting her humor.
So, overall it was a good episode.
Re: precap--- I bet Megha will take control of the situation herself over taking any sort of help from Mohan and they might just have another one of their confrontations! lol

Mohan-Nanhi were tooo sweet today...This was my fav. moment in the epi...the way she instantly copied his affectionate gesture of caressing her chin:





Yes it's very refreshing indeed to see Mohan as this friend/confidante figure more than a father figure and with Nanhi toh his chemistry is the most natural.

Haan I'm sure Megha will brush off Mohan's attempts to help her tomorrow...but ofcourse he has to play the 'hero' in that moment...lol...I'm sure it will be amusing to see him try to apologize to her too.

^Oh that was such a subtle and sweet moment. I hope that they continue giving such moments between the two.
