and Der had to step up man he just had to keep his anger hurt whatever aside and just step up coz this is the first time since everything happened this is the FIRST time when Mer fell apart and she couldn't go on so he just HAD to step up and go on for both of them like she had done before...and I beleive that is what he is doing in the promo too...now that he saw Mer's pain saw her breaking apart he can't not be there...the least he can do is just be there love her and thats what he is doing...its his turn to keep the hope building now...this THIS is what I love about them when one fails other steps up...like Satan said they add up they always ADD UP...☺️

I know. OMG! Mer was seriously so freaking scared. And omg...just so scared. The way she just let it all out in the resi. room...so beautiful and how Derek rubbed her back, assuring her that everything is fine. She was the one loons who held everyone up in this situation, but the moment Zola got fine, she let it all out. She was scared too, but she kept hoping for Derek. OMG! I think in this one moment, Derek just realized again why he loves her. I mean he knew it all along, but it actually hit him again, and maybe this is the fill in gaps you are talking about...that this realization that Mer didn't freeze made him fall in love with her all over again. Sigh❤️

OMG the resident's lounge scene OMG just looka t him there just LOOK AT HIM THERE omg look at his SMILE omggg i dnt have words for that one smile i just DON'T HAVE he literally fell in love with Mer all over again again he realized why this freaking woman amazes him so damned much...and he infact not just he even Cris Alex knew this was coming they so knew that mer wld break down now that alls welll They dont get it that how cna she be calm when things r actly happening and then fall apart whn they r all fine...but they knew it and when it happened each one of them fell in love with her a lil more...that scene that one smile is just OMG...
