Ok you all may feel there is a conflict in what I am saying ... when I refer to women or ladies ... it is different that what anyone considers the writers of the show are ... you know who ...

I do not classify ladies and the writers of the show in the same basket though they belong to the same gender ...

Well Diya mean lamp and baati mein wick... so they are incomplete without each other to spread light in the lives of people ...
